Millennials refer to the generation born at 1984-1995. They are literally born with computer and internet. Though they are often being known as arrogant and rebellious, most of them are characterized by multitasking, flexible, and familiar with IT products. And the most important is they are much independent to enterprises culture, with no intention to blend in.
They feel difficult in keeping interest and commitment on same thing for long. They knew their pursue in life, they value on the actual earning for his work. They look carefree about the work, yet they dream big about the future. They prefer a clear working schedule that doesn’t interfere their personal life, and of course, this means no ad-hoc overtime work. They are characterized by feeling unsecure and high living standard, yet they cannot be classified to be consumerists. Surveys shown that they prioritize friendship and family. They don’t value stable job, nor to actively pursue it
