Yunyaode Technology Holding (HK) Limited (2019) is the Hong Kong subsidiary of Beijing Yunzujia Technology Co., Ltd., an innovative digital service platform company founded in July 2013. It focuses on incorporating cloud-working concept into intelligent digital clouding-working platform. Yunzujia is committed to make digital work more efficient, convenient and free. With core values of “user first” and thrive for innovation, Yunzujia aimed at collaborating to the rise of digital era of China and the global cloud-working trend.

The cloud work model empowers enterprises to make use of web platforms (Clouderwork platform) in sharing global talents, rather occupying them exclusively. It helps shifting enterprise organization from the “company-employee” model to “platform + individual” and “core + peripheral” model, which enhance enterprise resilience and reduce operating costs. Talented workers are no longer bounded by the regular work. They can communicate, work and earn using the cloud platform, this allows individual to utilize the full potential of their skills without the limitation of time and space.

To establish the foundation of the cloud working era. Yunzujia released “The Age of Cloud Work: The New Ways to Work”(published by CITIC Publishing Group) and “Intelligent change the world” in November 2016 and 2018 respectively.

2014
MAR: Initial release of Cloud-working platform
The platform features modulated project remote supervision, which enables resource allocation that cross the organisational boundaries.
OCT: Renamed to Clouderwork, initialled large-scale platform-ized development.
DEC: Code sharing, remote submission and collaboration management system launched for improving code assigning, project supervision and submission.

2015
MAY: Mobile device version launched for real-time communication and task enrolment.
NOV: KABAN- and SCRUM- based task management platform launched for assisting cloud task co-management.
DEC: A new version of professional, complete cloud work solution platform is released.

2016
MAR: The business is vastly expanded to cover China, which became a complete IT development solution for large-scale enterprise.
JUN: UX upgrades for catering software development ecology of China, which formulated a cloud-working platform that change the way of work.

2018
MAR: Project management tool is launched. It provides developers and project managers a professional tool for improving the efficiency of cloud-worker by enabling real-time remote collaboration.
NOV: Soybean Recruitment launched. This platform focused on the recruitment of on-site digital development crews for enterprises with on-site service need, on-site service providers, and potential on-site workers. Service providers and individuals can bid any interested projects at any time. It speeds up recruitment process, making development work easier.
